Prayer Request:..Father, in Jesus’ name, we give thanks for FEMA and its government. We hold up in prayer before You FEMA managers who are in positions of authority. We pray and intercede for FEMA truck drivers, automobile mechanics, aid workers, service representatives, and for all those who are in authority over us in any way. We pray that the Spirit of the Lord rests upon them.We believe that skillful and godly wisdom has entered into the heart of FEMA workers general and knowledge is pleasant to them. Discretion watches over FEMA workers;understanding keeps them and delivers them from the way of evil and from evil men. Father, we ask that You compass FEMA workers about with others who make their hearts and ears attentive to godly counsel and do that which is right in Your sight. We believe You cause them to be FEMA workers of integrity who are obedient concerning us that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. We pray that the upright shall dwell in FEMA — that FEMA workers blameless and complete in Your sight, Father, shall remain in these positions of authority, but the wicked shall be cut off from FEMA and the treacherous shall be rooted out of it.Your Word declares that “blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord. We receive Your blessing. Father; You aretheir Refuge and Stronghold in times of trouble (high cost, destitution, and desperation). So we declare withtheir mouths that FEMA workers dwell safely in this land, and we prosperabundantly. We are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus.It is written in Your Word that the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord and that You turn it whichever way You desire. We believe the heart of FEMA workers are in Your hand and that his decisions are divinely directed of the Lord. We give thanks unto You that the good news of the Gospel is published in our land. The Word of the Lord prevails and grows mightily in the hearts and lives of the people. We give thanks for this land and FEMA workers You have given to us, in Jesus’ name. Jesus is Lord over FEMA. Amen. Father, I thank you for your wisdom, guidance and peace in FEMA workers. You are the Source and Supplier of all I set their hands to and everything I do in FEMA shall prosper and come to maturity. I am like a tree firmly planted by the streams of water, never ceasing to yield profit for theKingdom of God.Father, I thank you that FEMA has a good reputation and that it is seen well in the minds of its customer and vendors. Help operate FEMA above and beyond the systems of this world. Help FEMA workers be diligent; I stand before kings and shall not stand before vile men. Help FEMA workers be faithful stewards over all that you have entrusted to them.Help FEMA is flourish ,experience increased sales and expanded markets.Father, thank you for the tremendous success that FEMA workers experience,and for providing creativity in product distribution.ideas servicing concepts. Thank you that all grace, favor and earthly blessing abound toward us, so that we always, in all circumstances, whatever the need, are self-sufficient, requiring no aid or support. We are always furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation. Father, thank you for faithful FEMA workers who are committed to the vision. I decree that FEMA workers are diligent and not slothful, rendering service as unto the Lord, and not unto men. FEMA workers are qualified and dedicated that are highlyskilled and anointed to perform above and beyond their own natural strength and abilities.The favor of God is upon FEMA workers and goes before them producing supernatural increase, promotion, debt cancellation, restoration, honor, increased assets, greater victories, recognition, prominence, petitions granted, policies and rules changed, and battles won, for with God all things are possible for us.Father, thank you for perfecting all that concerns FEMA and giving FEMA workers the power to get wealth. I ask You to send Your Holy Spirit to teach intercessors to pray for the good of FEMA, that Your name may be glorified.Father, in Your Word, You said to pray for those who exercise authority over us, so I pray for FEMA workers today. I ask You to give FEMA workers clarity of thought concerning decisions made this day to get supplies deliverd on time. Help FEMA workers to clearly identify and accurately assess potential problems to get the supplies delivered. Help FEMA workers to make the right decisions—to respond, and not to react, to whateversituations or circumstances might arise during the course of the day.I ask You, Father, to help FEMA workers to set the proper priorities today. Reveal toFEMA workers what tasks are most important and cause FEMA workers to inspire them to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.I ask that You help FEMA workers to be sensitive to the needs of those under their supervision, those who work for FEMA workers. Help FEMA workers to realize that not everyone is the same and that no two people respond or react in the same way. Help FEMA workers to adapt their management styles or techniques to the strengths, weaknesses and personality type of each individual. Grant FEMA workers the ability to manage beyond their own natural gifts and talents. I pray that they will rely upon You, drawing strength, wisdom and insight from You. Help purpose in FEMA workers' hearts to set a guard over their mouths. Help FEMA workerd refuse to say anything negative or disrespectful about FEMA customers. Help FEMA workers choose to support and to say only good things about FEMA customers.Lord, I ask You to give FEMA workers a peaceful spirit, so that even in the midst of great turmoil they may act with surety and confidence and make wise decisions. Help FEMA managers to be sensitive to their needs and responsibilities. Show FEMA managers ways, Lord, to support and to assist FEMA workers in the performance of their duties.Father, You have said in Your Word that Your Spirit will show us things to come. I ask You to show FEMA workers the solution to small problems before they become major problems. Grant FEMA workers creative ideas on how they can better lead and manage their departments. For all these things I give You thanks, praise and glory, in Jesus’ name. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for the privilege of serving You as an employee here at . We ask You to send Your Holy Spirit to teach intercessors to pray for the good of FEMA, that Your name may be glorified.I pray for FEMA workers who are in positions of authority and leadership in it. I offer this prayer on behalf of FEMA workers,asking that You turn their hearts in the way that You would have them go. I pray for FEMA post master general and other officers, thanking You for their commitment and dedication to this FEMA. Thank You that they are upright and honest in all their FEMA dealings. ThankYou for providing them new and creative ideas on how to betterfulfill their duties and responsibilities and complete the tasks that You have entrusted to them.Give them insight and understanding beyond their reason. ThankYou for Your anointing upon them that goes far beyond theirnatural gifts and talents. Give them, I pray, clear and distinctdirection so that they know what to do and how to do it. Grant them the vision to develop new ideas and concepts and the ability to implement them for the good of all concerned.Help them, Father, to be sensitive to the needs of FEMA customers. Give them the ability to balance the financial and human resources available to them. Give them supernatural foresight and discernment concerning personnel matters.Thank You, Father, that they receive all the pertinent informationnecessary to make good and correct decisions. Help FEMA managers to be a blessing to them, to respect them and to give honor where honor is due. May they always be an asset to them and never a liability. Thank You that when we pray in obedience to Your will for those who occupy positions of authority or high responsibility, outwardly, we will experience a quiet and undisturbed life and, inwardly, a peaceable one in all godliness and reverence and seriousness in every way. During these days of constant change, help those in authority to maintain a positive attitude and to count it all joy when they fall into various trails, knowing that the testing of their faith produces patience. Help them to remember that patience is a force that will enable them to persevere.In the name of Jesus, I command the spirit of fear to be far from FEMA workers. Clothed in the armor of God, I stand against any pressure and anxiety that would cause them to make hasty or unwise decisions. Help them to discern between good and bad choices and to make wisedecisions—decisions that will contribute to the delivery of supplies. Father, I pray for FEMA workers. I ask that You give FEMA managers wisdom in their interaction with them. Help FEMA managers to recognize and develop their individual strengths. Help FEMA managers to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to get their jobs done. Make FEMA managers sensitive to their needs, both personal and professional.Help FEMA managers to manage what is the most important asset of this FEMA that is, its people. When I look at them, help FEMA managers to see them with FEMA managers' hearts as well as their eyes. Give FEMA managers the ability to communicate clearly to them the ideas and directions that You have given them. Help them to understand the decisions that are being made which involve them. Help FEMA managers to be open to their input in these matters.Lord, grant FEMA managers the wisdom to balance the tangible, strategic and tacticalaspects of every decision with the intangible, sensitive and human aspects involved in it. Cause FEMA managers to see FEMA workers as people and not merely asworkers, and show FEMA managers how to bring out the best in each of them. Help FEMA managers, Father, to teach them truth. Give FEMA managers the ability to communicate to them clearly what I expect from them. Help FEMA managers to deal fairly and honestly with them, to praise them when they do well and to correct them when theyfail. Help FEMA managers, Father, to be able to share insight and constructive criticism with them. Help FEMA managers to always focus on the performance and never the performersso that even after correction, they still feel encouraged and excited about their work with a full understanding of what needs to be done to change or correct the specific action under review.I pray for their families, Lord. Bless them financially and physically. Grant them health and wholeness and provide for their needs abundantly.I ask, Father, that You grant them joy and enthusiasm concerning their work.By Your Spirit, help them to see the big picture of this FEMA not just their small parts in it. Give them the ability to understand that the more they put into their work, the more they will derive from it.Help them, Lord, to control their tongues. Cause them to realize that strife and gossip and backbiting are destructive forces which will, in the end, not only negatively affect FEMA but, more seriously, destroy them spiritually.Raise up among their ranks Joshuas and Calebs and make them evident to FEMA managers. Give FEMA managers insight on who to promote and where to place them for maximum advantage.I thank You, Father, for sending FEMA good workers—qualified and dedicated workers to do the jobs that need to be done. I thank You that they are anointed of You. You have said that those You call, You also anoint, and that those You anoint, You also equip. Thank You for Your anointing to get the job done above and beyond their own strengths, abilities, gifts and talents.Thank You for imparting to all FEMA workers of this FEMA everything they need to perform their duties with joy and excellence. I pray that at the end of the day, they may truthfully say, “I have given their all and done their best.Thank You for Your blessings upon them because of their commitment and their faithfulness to You and this FEMA.In Jesus’ name I pray, In Jesus’ name I pray.Father, I feel in FEMA managers' hearts that it is important that FEMA take on a temporary workers in their busy season. And yet, I know that Your Word is very clear and specific regarding relationships and temporary workerships. We pray, for Your wisdom, Your instruction. Although I feel in FEMA managers' hearts that this move is necessary, if it is not best for FEMA, please show FEMA managers now.If it is the right thing to do, I ask, Lord, that You send just the right temporary workers, workers who has the same heart and commitment that they have. Above all, they are seeking workers who are committed to You, committed to Your Wordand committed to operating and functioning with integrity and honesty.Thank You for workers who are sincere and above reproach, workers who have the same goals and visions and desires that they do, and yet who brings a different and healthy perspective to FEMA.Lord, once the decision is made and FEMA managers feel Your peace in their hearts, help them as the examine and select that workers who are to be added to FEMA. I pray that temporary workers will not be workers who will simply duplicate what already exists in FEMA, but workers with innovative wisdom and insight, a new and fresh approach that will enhance FEMA’s ability to deliver supplies.I pray that You will establish a true and lasting temporary worker relationship between them, one that is godly in all its ways. I ask for temporary workers that will bring FEMA to greater heights and at the same time continue to be based on the rock-solid principles and foundations of Your eternal Word. In Jesus’ name I pray.
