Tonya Nixon Anderson
Tonya Nixon Anderson is a native of Wilmington, NC. She is an Early Childhood educator. She received her BS degree in Religion/Christian Counseling, and Masters in Ministry at Andersonville Theological Seminary. She is a licensed/ordained Chaplain with IFOC and Chaplains International. Serving as founder and executive director of Fountain of Deliverance Ministry, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, she oversees a domestic violence program that aims to bring awareness and intervention to those affected by such abuse. She is the author of the book 21 Days Prayer Meditation Application (2018) and Children’s Book, “What Do You See?” (2023).
Tonya is the sole proprietor of the business Maximizing Potential LLC. Lady Tonya is a loving wife, mother, and proud grandmother. She serves in Ministry with her husband at Abundant Life Ministries Family Worship Center. God anointed her with a ministry of deliverance allowing her to minister to men and women across denominational and organizational platforms. The mantle of Prayer rests upon her life. Her personal life exemplifies the victory she unwaveringly proclaims to all who will commit themselves to the Word of God without reservation.
Tonya’s goal in this Christian walk is expressed in her favorite Scriptures: Psalm 34:1 and Philippians 4:6. She endeavors to make an indelible impact by ministering life and hope to everyone she meets. “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me because the Lord has appointed me… to announce that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed” (Isaiah 61:1).

Bishop Larry E. Perkins is Pastor of Mission Road Church of God in Christ in Oviedo, Florida. He has
served this ministry for 29 years. Under Bishop Perkins leadership many ministries have been birthed among which include:
• Mission Road Daycare & Learning Center
• Highest Aim Computer and Tech Center
• Highest Aim Television Broadcast
• Highest Aim 501c3 community Development Corporation
Bishop Perkins led the ministry into the successful completion of it 24,000 square foot Family Life Center. This state of the art multipurpose facility houses but is not limited to a gymnasium, bookstore, computer center, fitness room, classrooms, executive offices and more.
Bishop Perkins is married to the love of his life Missionary Hattie Perkins for 39 years. They are the proud parents of two adult children, Christopher and Brittany.
Bishop Perkins is now leading his flock into its divine purpose and destiny. He teaches the word of God with anointed power, authority and conviction. He has taken his God-given gifts and passion and put them into action, allowing the ministry to flourish in ways that speak to the hearts and minds of many.
